UPDATE: Tuesday 19th Nov 5.25pm GMT - Our email maintenance is now complete and all emails should be working as previously. If you've recently sent an email we will be responding as quickly as possible. We've been upgrading many areas of our infrastructure over the previous weeks. Our hosted customers will be well aware of this work. Part of this work also includes upgrading some of our own existing systems to ensure they are completely future proof. We are currently upgrading our mail server software. As a result we cannot receive email messages sent to *@instantasp.co.uk. This includes emails sent from areas of our web site such as our feedback form or evaluation requests. If you've sent us an email or used our feedback form or registered for an evaluation on or after Monday 18th November and you have not yet received a response please bear with us. If you need to escalate your issue please use the methods listed below to contact us. This may also delay some responses to support tickets. Emails are still being generated and sent correctly so this should not affect areas of our web site such as the community forums or our registration process. We expect to have this upgrade complete very soon and will follow up with customers who have sent us an email during the upgrade as quickly as possible.
