InstantKB 2014 shows you how your customer support content is performing.

 For each tab within InstantKB 2014 we now provide a dedicated reports page showing the key performance indicators for that tab. These indicators vary depending on the tab content type. 

For Knowledgebase, Troubleshooter & Download tabs we focused on showing you how your articles are being consumed overtime and which articles or categories are the most popular. 

We now track every article view within InstantKB 2014 and turn this data into a lovely chart showing you your views overtime from anonymous users, registered members and search engine spiders. 

All reports can be filtered by a specific date range. This lets you zoom out and see all activity for the last several years or zoom in and focus on what customers were reading after a recent product launch or web site update.
